I successfully executed the organization of giveaways and marketing materials in alignment with the new branding. This involved meticulous planning and attention to detail to create items appealing to Jetex’s niche clients, ensuring usability. I demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the target audience's preferences and effectively implemented design and branding elements. Coordination of production and distribution was seamlessly managed to ensure timely and professional delivery to clients.

Content Creation and User Engagement in Hospitality

In my role, I fostered industry relationships, managed vendor partnerships, and supervised FBO hospitality operations. Notably, I led the creation of setups designed to stimulate user-generated content. By curating the ambiance and design of the FBO, I aimed to cultivate memorable guest experiences conducive to content creation. Additionally, I facilitated advertising collaborations to amplify brand visibility and engagement within the aviation community.

Placement of Bombardier Global 7500 Mockup

Over the span of three years, I spearheaded a project centered around the Global 7500 aircraft mockup. My responsibilities included overseeing the strategic placement of the mockup, conducting engaging tours, and orchestrating captivating cocktail receptions. Positioned at the entrance of Jetex FBO for 90 days annually, the Global 7500 mockup provided an immersive experience, allowing visitors to explore its luxurious and expansive interior.

Showcasing HondaJet: Strategic Placement at Dubai Mall

One notable achievement was the placement of the first full-size private jet mock-up, a HondaJet Elite, inside the Dubai Mall. This marketing activation was a barter agreement with the mall, and it generated over 23 million impressions for both Jetex and HondaJet brands through all digital marketing platforms.

The mock-up provided a unique and immersive marketing opportunity for the company, and it helped to raise the company's profile and visibility. We worked closely with the Dubai Mall and multiple stakeholders to ensure that the activation was a success.

Events & Exhibitions

As part of Jetex's global marketing efforts, I was tasked with planning and overseeing the company's participation in major international events such as EBACE, NBAA, and the Dubai Airshow. This involved coordinating activations, forming partnerships, organizing seminars, managing memberships, and facilitating new location launches. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies, I ensured the smooth and effective execution of our presence at these events.

Directing Photoshoots

With expertise in managing corporate photoshoots, I prioritize meticulous planning and execution to ensure optimal outcomes. My aim is to orchestrate a smooth and hassle-free experience for all team members while producing high-end content that precisely conveys the intended message to our target audience. By focusing on detailed planning and impeccable execution, I strive to deliver exceptional quality images that resonate effectively with our audience.

Video Production Direction and Planning

Recognizing the intricate nature and significance of video project management, I took charge of directing and planning from inception to completion. From conceptualization to the final product, I meticulously oversaw each phase to ensure alignment with Jetex’s objectives. Additionally, I managed all logistical aspects, from location scouting to casting and scheduling, striving to streamline the process for video productions.
